These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Snowtrek's websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Snowtrek on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
You retain all rights to the repositories, changelogs, and other content you bring to or create in Snowtrek. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We claim no ownership over your content.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snowtrek's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
