Snowtrek uses a small set of third-party sub-processors to deliver the Service. Each is bound by contract to protect your data and to process it only on our instructions. We update this list before adding a new sub-processor so you have an opportunity to object.
Infrastructure & hosting
Amazon Web Services: primary cloud hosting and storage (United States).
Cloudflare: content delivery, DNS, and DDoS protection (Global).
Product & operations
Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing (United States).
Postmark: transactional and digest email delivery (United States).
Plain: customer support inbox and messaging (European Union).
Customer.io: product and lifecycle email (United States).
Staying informed
Subscribe to sub-processor updates by emailing support@snowtrek.dev with the subject “subscribe.” We will notify subscribers at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing customer personal data.
